I got your ask and I just had this really great/twisted idea!

On our shared blog, we could do a “what if” with Tara/Zoe. We can make them meet earlier OR it would be even better if Zoe came back to Tara after all of the heart break because Tara is still suffering from that…she’s still not over her.

It’s just an idea so let me know what you think by reblogging this post because I’m on my phone and I can’t use my ask box. BUT, if you were to send me an ask, I would still be able to read it because it sends me an email letting me know what it says. So you could do that too ;) But let me know what you think :D

Shane loosened her grip she had around Faye’s hand and bit the corner of her bottom lip. “Yeah…” She sighed noticing that Faye was starting to get drunk and now wasn’t the time to spill her heart and soul out. “I guess I do.” She reached over and took a sip of her drink. Shane was always one to handle alcohol well. Even when she was drunk, she never really showed it.

“You know? I’m sorry”, Faye shrugged. “I have no clue what I am doing with you. I’m pretty messed up right now, because of reasons I cannot tell you. You have to understand that. And everyone always pours their heart out to my, because I’m a psychic and such a nice girl. It’s exhausting and I really hate it sometimes. So no offense. I just … need a break … I just want to be allowed to make mistakes.”

“Hey… I understand.” Shane smiled warmly at her then gave Faye’s hand one final squeeze before forcing herself to let go. It was almost heartbreaking to let go, so to occupy her hands, she tilted her glass still somewhat full. “You can make mistakes, Faye. But making mistakes isn’t always a good thing.” Shane took a deep breath and sat on the edge of her seat. “I’m not going to force you to do anything… don’t worry.” She locked eyes with Faye and backed up off of her, realizing that Faye didn’t feel the same way about her. “And just for the record…” A wide smile spread across Shane’s face. “I didn’t fall for you because you’re a psychic or a nice girl.” Shane looked down in her glass. “I fell for you because you’re not like any other girl I’ve met before. You’re…essential. And you treat me differently…like you care. And that means the world to me.”

Shane dropped her head next to Faye’s and chuckled. “You’re uh…” Shane blushed and chuckled again before slowly removing her hand away from Faye’s face but still sat close to her so that their shoulders brushed against each other and continued to hold Faye’s hand. “A tease… Always making me want more.” Shane flashed Faye another playful grin. “Here I am telling you that I could fall in love with you and kissing you…” Shane looked down at their hands. “And holding your hand…” A huge smile spread across her face. “Which is something I’ve never done, by the way. I never fully understood the concept of hand holding.” Shane paused and interlaced her fingers with Faye’s. “But now it’s like…” She sat up straight, still eyeing their hands while making a gesture with her free hand and licking her lips before speaking. “I don’t want to stop. Something has definitely changed.” Shane leaned back again while shaking her head with the same huge grin on her face. “It’s unexplainable.” She breathed out before fixing herself another drink.

“You’ve got a serious crush on me”, Faye chuckled. The booze finally having a slight effect on her. She drank another glass. “See… that must be coming from my father’s side. Most definitely.”

“Your life span?” Shane laughed. “Mine is ten years as of tonight.” Then Shane’s eyes widened and the butterflies that occupied her stomach multiplied at a haste pace when she felt Faye’s lips on hers. She wanted more than anything to deepen the kiss. But she didn’t. She didn’t want to push anything. Then she cupped Faye’s cheek while closing her eyes as she kissed her back, lightly brushing her lips against Faye’s for a soft kiss. “Fall in love with.” Shane breathed without even thinking with her eyes still closed, finishing her sentence that she hesitated with earlier.

Faye smiled at her. “I know”, she said. Then she took the glass to her lips and drank again. Obviously she wanted to get drunk as fast as possible. “Well unlike you, I won’t be on heaven’s death list, if anyone finds out what I am.” she grinned sarcastiacally. “But we didn’t want to talk about that, remember?”

“More like a diamond in the rough.” Shane smiled even wider at Faye while squeezing her hand softly. Then gently shook her head as Faye offered her a drink. “You have to stop thinking so negatively, Faye.” She placed another hand on top of Faye’s. “And accept the fact that I think you’re…” Shane blushed and looked Faye directly in the eye. “Absolutely gorgeous and have a one of a kind personality. You’re definitely someone I could…” Shane paused and hesitated with her words but shut her mouth and smiled wider than before a she continued to blush.

“Ha! I doubt so, even though I’m pretty clueless regarding many normal things”, Faye shook her head. “I’m thinking realistic. My life span just sunk drastically.” She was awed by Shane’s words, feeling that it was something completely new talking this way. She leaned over to give her a peck on the lips. “Thanks.”

One of my best friends owns a cafe back in L.A.” Shane’s smile grew wider as she thought about The Planet. “It was like my second home.” She laughed lightly while looking down at their hands. “But you’ve never had a significant other?” Shane looked at Faye and gave her a playful grin. “I find that very hard to believe, seeing as you are very beautiful.” She said with an even bigger smile. “On the inside and out.”

“A significant other?” Faye replied puzzled, sipping her drink. “Oh… don’t think that. Not all sparkly things are diamonds.” She winked at her again. “If you ant some just take it”, she gestured at her dinks.

“We’ll stay.” Shane spoke softly while leaning back in the chair she sat in and rested her and Faye’s hand in her lap. “But tell me more about you, Faye. Your life… friends… lovers…” Shane rose her eyebrows slightly while looking at Faye and tracing her thumb lightly across Faye’s hand that she had been holding onto. She was eager to know all about this woman who she had been interested in since they first met.

Faye let Shane take her hand. “My life. I make confectionery. I’ve never been out of town. I know everybody and many know me but I don’t have really friends and well uh never had lovers, so to say.” She shrugged and took another mouthful of her drink.

“Getting drunk huh? And this is the only bar in town? No clubs? No music?” Then Shane took another shot while thinking; Why the hell not? “Well then…” Shane gave Faye’s hand another squeeze. “Drunk is what we’ll get.” She was use to a whole different night life back in L.A. Shane hit a club, sometimes a few every night. “What else is there to do for fun in this town?”

“There are more little bars, just like I said”, Faye shrugged. “But here you are just more hidden. And I’m in no mood for dancing, so no club for me. I like the background sound here. Let’s stay here.” She was glooming over to Aguares’ table, before she looked at Shane almost pouting. “I want to stay here.”
